STATUTE
In accordance with Law on Associations Articles 10, 11 and 12 (»Official Gazette«, No.51/09), the Founding Assembly of the Cluster of Serbian Aeronautical Industry »UVIS«, on April 17 2010, adopted The Statute of the Cluster of Serbian Aeronautical Industry.
This statute regulates the name and headquarters of the Cluster, objectives and activities, definitions, membership, internal organization, management and control, the internal laws, financing and business transparency, the cessation of work and other relations relevant to the work of the Cluster.
